Used 2003 Honda Element EX AWD 4dr SUV (2.4L 4cyl 4A) Consumer Reviews
Driving Well
WoW!!! WoW!!! I was excited from the time the decision was made to purchase my Orange Element and I am still EXCITED! This vehicle handles well in the city and on the open road. It is comfortable and FUUNNNN to drive. The gas mileage and features were as advertised per stated specifications. The sound system is marvelous!!! And the body style is very very eye catching. Plenty of leg space and the seating is very spacious for a wide body!!
Sport Utility Van
This is with out a doubt the most practical vehicle I have ever owned. Add the great look and Hondas "Quality and Reliability" and the Element becomes the perfect vehicle for Gen. "Y" and anyone that does not need to haul a kid transport.

My Element has problems!
Battery is dead if not driven in 7-15 days and the dealer can't figure out why. They replaced the battery, radio, multiplex unit and amplifier and something is still draining the battery. It's now under Lemon Law, which is a real joke. Runs great if you can get it started.
Never thought I'd leave my Chevy!!
The amount of room in this is AMAZING. I walked into the dealership and was blown away. Loaded it up with almost EVERY option I could think of and STILL got it for under $23K. But did have to wait a few weeks to get everything in. 4WD has been a great and the amount of leg room was very surprising.
elementally prepared
Have had this car for 5k miles, 4 months. mainly got it cause it fits my mtn bikes without disassembly. also good for: hauling furniture (hauled a 6ft sideboard table), camping, commuting to work, parallel parking in the city, striking up conversations with bemused strangers. can't wait to see what kind of foul weather next winter brings us, cause the 4 wheel drive will come in handy. can't beat the utility this car provides for $20k.
