After owning the Honda Fit and Honda HR-V, this is my third Honda, and the best. The ride quality is beyond my expectations. The stock tires it comes with is sub-par, do yourself a favor and upgrade that to better tires. The stock tires are very noisy. The cabin noise and engine noise is well controlled. The interior space and cargo volume is superb. The handling is excellent. Overall, a winning SUV. Very happy customer!

I already have over 9000 miles and four long trips in last 8 months, a real fantastic experience. After 4 Hondas , this is one that I enjoyed the most, comfortable and secure driving experience. Update: nothing change, continue to enjoy driving such a safe and easy to drive car. Thank you Honda ! well, after almost 4!years with 47000 miles , still a happy face with my experience. Just normal maintenance and rest is just trouble free. Again, thank you Honda and continue building higher quality cars.

Bought my car new love the way it handles and the bright lights at night. I don’t have the oil issue but at 25,000 mile the computer goes crazy. Having it towed to Honda, to have it repaired. Will update later...Turned out it was only the battery. Apparently the tow truck driver says he takes 3 or 4 new CRV with a bad battery to the dealership every week.

Freezing my arse off

I purchased a 2018 CRV in October of 2018. This is my fourth Honda vehicle. The vehicle is equipped with the 1.5 turbo charged engine. I have one complaint and to me it is a big one. The vehicle will not heat up until I drive it for 10 - 15 minutes. If the vehicle is parked with the heat on it will not warm up at all. This is a major inconvenience in the winter. The windows will not defrost at all making for a hazardous driving condition. To add insult, the vehicle came with a remote start. What good is a remote start if the vehicle produces no heat??? The Service Dept. at Honda advises that there is no problem with the vehicle. According to them, there is no heat because the engine was built this way to be more efficient. You would think that after paying over 30k for a vehicle you should have heat. After checking numerous online forums it seems there are hundreds of complaints about lack of heat but Honda does not recognize it as being a problem.

AVOID The Troubles!

I bought a new 2018 CR-V in December 2017 to replace my Cadillac CTS. BIG MISTAKE! The CR-V has been a lot of trouble since I bought it. While it rides and handles pretty well it seems to be an electrical nightmare. The touchscreen has a mind of it's own turning on and off at will, changing radio stations and lighting intensity and many other things it was designed to do at it's discretion. Very annoying to have these things happening. It does this periodically and for differing lengths of time. The dealer refused to accept it in for repair or replacement telling me Honda is aware of this problem and can't provide a fix. They did replace it once but it continued. What am I supposed to do with an electronically controlled car that doesn't respond to my needs or demands? The door locking system is iffy choosing the worst times to refuse to unlock or lock. The auto-drive features also turn on and off without me selecting them too. I HATE THIS POS AND I'M STUCK WITH IT! I'll never buy another Honda product for any price. Sure wish I could get my CTS back! Best feature: AWD and color-Molten Lava Worst feature: Electronics
