Used 2004 Honda Accord EX V-6 4dr Sedan (3.0L 6cyl 5A) Consumer Reviews
Worst Car I Ever Bought.....
I caution anyone considering buying this car. I bought the car brand new relying on Honda's history. The transmission suddenly blew up at 80K. I did every scheduled maintenance and more on the car. I contact the Honda dealership where I bought it and they offered to replace the transmission for $5500 or sell me a new 2009. I walked out of the dealership, sold the car and bought a BMW. Never again will I buy a HONDA.
Great Price for a Really Good Car
Test drove just about everything out there, foreign and domestic. When it came time to figure it all out, the Accord EX V-6 was the clear winner for me. This car is $10,000 less than the BMW 3 series and Benz C Class. Accord does not handle or ride as well as these (it's close though), but quality and reliability are just as good if not better. Accord back seats are more comfortable than both of the German cars...I don't know why anybody would buy an Acura TSX over an Accord V-6. The Toyota Camry is a different story, it's a nice car too, I just liked the look of the Accord better.

love the car .but...........
iv'e had this car for just about a year. overall," I love it." it's quick it has beautiful interior it's roomy and fun to drive! But the seat is too hard!!! I thought it would soften with time but it really hasn't.Also, the radio could be a little LOUDER!!!! And for the money i paid for it it should have heated mirrors and a better rear view mirror!!!
V-6 Accord Ride Comfort
Although I do not like the exterior design, the interiors are well appointed -- and to me, luxurious. Handling is satisfactory; but the comfort of ride is by far the worst of all cars that I have owned -- one feels every bump and road defect at both high and low speeds. I keep thinking that something is terribly wrong with this car, rated so highly by critics. This is our first Honda; and it has been a disappointment because of its ride. Obviously, Honda has not solved the problem of a bigger engine (V-6) with front wheel drive and its current suspension system.
My 2004 Accord EX-V6 is a lemon!
This is my first honda and will be the last one for sure. The car was bought one month ago and failed to start twice. The battery keeps on running low because some parts are consuming energy after engine is off. Now the dealer needs to locate the problem.
