Steve's Review
I have owned a Mercedes and two Lexus vehicles. This car rides just as good. The comfort of the leather seats are far better than the Mercedes and slightly better than the Lexus.
My New Ford Five Hundred
I had a Mercury SUV prior to this purchase. Due to unforseen circumstances, I had the opportunity to drive a sedan for a few weeks. When we were deciding to purchase a new vehicle, I had seen the Ford 500 and thought I would like a sedan as opposed to another SUV. It is a beautiful car. We chose Black Clearcoat with Pebble interior...what a beautiful color. We are definitely a Ford Family, now more than ever.

bad front transaxle
At 4400 miles the front transaxle seals failed. They have had my 500 in the shop for four days. I brought it home for one weekend and had to return on Monday as the seals were leaking again. I am extremely disappointed that I bought a new model in its first year of production. I've been given every excuse possible as to why they can't fix it. If it happens again I'm going to the Lemon Laws. Also 16 miles per gallon is terrible.
Judging the Ford 500
Comfortable, excellent seating, very good economy, roomy interior. A very nice car to drive. The ride could be a little softer. We like the car a little better each time we drive it. Excellent on the interstate highway.
Great Vehicle
Purchased a fully loaded Ford 500 Limited with everything except the adjustable pedals. We have driven the vehicle today over 112 miles and have only used 1/8 of a tank of gas. In my truck I would have used 1/2 of a tank to travel the same distance. Fun to drive.
