Used 2018 Ford F-150 Consumer Reviews
Awesome truck
Great truck for the price! I have the 5.0L V8 and the acceleration is phenomenal. Quickest mass produced pickup in the USA. Look for the RCSB models with the V8 if you want performance with utility. Very satisfied.

2018 Ford F150 Lariat 3.0 Diesel - Perfect
I actually have the 3.0 turbo diesel now (as of June 2019). I previously bought a 2018 5.0 (October 2018) but it had transmission and other issues right off the lot. At 9k miles traded it back for a new 2018 3.0 diesel, Lariat 502A, yes at a sizable hit $$$, but very glad I did. I love this truck (3.o diesel). Too many things I love about the truck to list here. Too few negatives to even mention as they really don't bother me. If you like plenty of power for moderate towing, great fuel economy, and pure ass luxury, this is your truck.

Absolutely love it
Absolutely love everything about this truck. Never thought a 2.7 would be as fast as this truck. But it's also comfortable and very reliable. Already think about which trim F150 I'm going to buy next

Few Bugs, But A Solid Truck
Bought used at 35,000 miles. Currently at 60,000 miles. Love the V8 power and feel. Very comfortable ride, very reliable. Truck has performed incredibly well off road and in high snow situations (3ft+). The truck is also very fast for a truck, very nice for highway driving. At first I had issues with the transmission shifting erratically, but I had a master Ford tech reset the transmission's adaptive learning program, since the transmission has the learned driving behavior of the previous owner. It does makes a bit noise from the engine, but using 91 octane or higher eliminated majority of the noise and it does actually makes the truck drive much better overall. The only noise that remains is a turbo type whine noise from the engine bay, which is normal for the 5.0. Also have had some oil consumption in the engine, but not a major enough amount of consumption to be concerned. Vehicle hasn't shown any serious signs of breaking down or serious wear. I have made no repairs so far, other than a software update (for the oil consumption) and an adaptive learning reset for the transmission. After all the bugs have been worked out, the truck has been very solid. This truck has been far more reliable compared to the other similar aged competition in my personal experience and observations. I know we shouldn't have to deal with any bugs on a newer vehicle, but I much rather work these bugs out rather than deal with the catastrophic failures I've seen in the 2019+ Rams and Chevys, especially the Chevys..
