Used 2021 Ford Explorer Consumer Reviews
Navigation Problems
My 2021 Explorer ST has 12000 miles. It has been in the shop three times for a total of 7 days to date. This has required a car rental two times. The navigation stilled has not been repaired. I will not buy another Ford product. Hi y

Terrific Rear Wheel Drive SUV
I'm amazed at the power this new 2021 2.3 turbo charged engine has! I had a wonderful 2018 Explorer XLT 6-cylinder with a great array of options -- and have grown to love the new 2021. The read-wheel drive makes it FUN to drive. All the safety features included make this the best Explorer ever.

Update 11/18/2022 - Still loving the Explorer. Just rolled over 26,000 miles. No issues. I love all the features on the limited. I recently purchased my Ford Certified Limited 2021 Explorer used with 15,000 miles. I have put a few hundred miles on it and so far love it. This is the nicest vehicle I've ever owned. Traded in a gmc Acadia and the Ford is better in every way except the auto start system. The Acadia was very smooth and the Ford is clunky. The solution is to turn it off everytime I start the vehicle, something I have made a habit to do. The star white color is beautiful and the pano sunroof is outstanding. I love all the safety features and how they are not overly intrusive (unlike the Subaru's constant beeping) I read some reviews that mentioned a bad fit and finish, but I don't see that at all. Everything seems solid. Unlike many other SUV's, this one is fun to drive and the fastest car I've owned- the 4 cylinder turbo is quite peppy. I was a little hesitant to purchase based off some reliability reviews (consumer reports) but the 100,000 mile powertrain that comes with the certified cpo helps with that. I will update after a few thousand miles.

Yes, my friend’s Ferrari has a more luxurious interior, but my Explorer ST has great leather seats, heated and cooled, massaging as well, with many safety features a powerful, fuel efficient engine and plenty of room for people and things, good visibility, sleek styling and is a wonderful vehicle that doesn’t get the press it truly deserves.

Not worth the money
I bought a new 21 For Explorer Sr, the electronics are terrible. Back up camera works randomly. Radio won't let you change channel until a mile down the road. It's like it has to warm up before you can work the radio.. the blue tooth has to manually synced every time you get in car.
