Used 2005 Dodge Magnum Consumer Reviews
I love my Maggie!
Have had a few electronic gliches, but otherwise, a very good car that's fun to drive.
Just Bought One
The 3.7l v6 provides ample performance, although if I had the cash I'd have bought the V8--quieter and smoother ride (drove both) but the big v6 is no slouch and its quieter than other vehicles I test drove. The exterior is a head turner. The interior is more than comfortabe witht he leather seats. Despite what the reviews said I didn't find the stereo to be difficult to operate, however the reviewers are on the money when it comes to rear visibility--the wide posts leave wide gaps in your rear view. Overall I love it.
love my magnum
this has been a most fun car, I gave it to my wife as a birthday present is very fast handles very well on the road and gets excellent mileage if you keep your foot outa it. It is bit shy on ground clearance . The dealer service has been excellent and I have not has a problems to speak of. still enjoying it.
Goodbye Pocket Sucking Pickup
I have been admiring this car from afar since the day I saw it. I was driving a F150 to and from work and as a primary mode of transportation until gas hit 2.15 a gallon. That day I decided that I was not going to put more that ten dollars into my truck and hopefully I could make it to the dealer. I am six foot six so a Honda was not in the running. I sat down in the Magnum adjusted the seat and fell in love. Plenty of leg, knee, shoulder and head room. I decided to get the 2.7 engine instead of the Hemi based on the huge price jump for the Hemi. That was my only let down. Other than that the 2.7 has plenty of get up and go and I can save even more in gas.
Dodge + Mercedes = Magnum Hemi R/T
All I can say is that you must drive this car to fully appreciate it. I was granted the opportunity to drive a production ready version on a race track under the instruction of a professional driver named John Paul Jr. This car is built like a benz, handles like a BMW, and accelerates like a Viper. This thing is just DAMN fast for a full size wagon. The build quality both inside and out was as good or better than anything I've seen. They claim the body gaps are only .116 inches. I could go on, but it would take days!!!
