Used 2013 Dodge Dart SE 4dr Sedan (2.0L 4cyl 6M) Consumer Reviews
I Must Have Got A Lemon
Ive got 5000 miles on this car and have had nothing but issues since day one. There has been a consistent rattle from the front doors that has yet to be fixed. My headliner is sagging and fraying. My interior brake light is falling down. The transmission dropped at 4000 miles. The dome light fell off and had to be taped up. My right rear turn signal chooses when it wants to work. This car has just been a piece of crap.
Great gas mileage but.....
The base car does not come with AC. No power doors. You have to reach into the back seats to unlock. Cheap materials. For a stick shift with no other features, it is way over-priced. Within 4 days of owning and 150 miles, there was some problems with shifting gears. Errors are lit. I had to get rid of it as quickly as I could.

Fun for the first few years but that’s it
Bought the 1.4 rally turbo brand new back in 2013, car was good for the first few years no issues, at 60k the transmission needed to be replaced (under warranty) & was replaced, then the trunk wouldn’t open, replaced the release mechanism, then a bearing went in one of the rear wheels, replaced that, then the entire brake on the other rear wheel completely froze, replaced that, soon hit 100k miles & had to replace the spark plugs! Another $200 fix, shortly after my driver door window wouldn’t open or close, had to replace the motor! Another $300 repair, mind you I never beat on this car, religiously maintained, now at 130k the transmission just went again! Over 2k to have it fixed, sorry but I give up, I’ll never buy another dodge/fiat product again, the car is only 7yrs old & has had all these issues, totally unreliable for a care I took really good care of, so long dodge never again

Constant minor but expensive problems
I have only had this car for nearly 2 years. Ever since I have had constant problems. Starting with the windshield wipers only having one speed.. it is not covered under warranty and only had 40k miles at the time and the cost to fix was $550!!!! Now I am having a similar problem, the wipers won't turn off and to fix it is the same. Same damn piece. Warranty won't cover it. The transmission is already rocky but not enough for warranty to fix and I only have that warranty another 15k miles so they're making sure it runs out before it's considered enough to replace. Hate the car. I will never recommend it or dodge.
