Just bought this cadillac because it has the very rare 6 speed manual transmission and it was cheap, it is the base model cadillac with a 2.8 liter V6, it's 19 years old and only has 110,000 miles. Pros- comfortable, fun to drive, handles good, looks good for a 4 door, reliable, all black leather interior, nice dash. Cons- Cadillac/GM doesn't make parts for it anymore, most mechanics don't want to work on it, engine burns oil, for a small V6 the gas mileage isn't good, it doesn't handle well on rough pavement and bumps in the road, the small V6 engine is weak, not enough horsepower. Overall for a 19 year old car it is a nice, comfortable, daily driver.

I leased this about 18 months ago and it has been a very reliable car. It handles poorly with just the smallest amount of snow or wintry precip on the ground. The gas mileage is around 23 mpg with all highway driving.

I purchased this auto with 45,000 miles. It was a rental with me being the first owner. I can tell you that I feel like this auto came just out of the showroom. I have owned 7 cadillacs and being almost 60 years old. I am impressed with my cts.

I recently took delivery of my 2006 Cadillac CTS and have been very very impressed with *ALL* aspects of the vehicle - quality and comfort of the interior - excellent driving characteristics including exceptional road feel and a solid sport sedan feel to the drive - and of course, the exterior styling - which is a head turner. The Bose sound system is an absolute pleasure to listen to and I loved the design of the volume control button on the steering wheel. Overall this is a a sophisticated, well mannered driving machine that is capable of competing with the German and Japanese luxury badges.

I couldn't ask for a better car for a 24 years old. This car is fun to drive, handles like a dream, and rides like it's on air. Plus everywhere I go It's turning heads. The car has a sleek agressive look and the interior is flawless with everything easy to reach but still open enough for a real roomy feel. The 2.8 V6 is very impressive sometimes I forget that there is only 210 horses under the hood.
