I daily this car and it never ceases to impress. Nearly two years of owning it and I still smile every time I sit in it!

I wish I had purchased it new when I had a chance. The M4 is a top-notch. Powerfully, responsive, fast!!! I can keep going on and on. I love the combination of sport and luxury! The technology is great! The iDrive provides vehicle status, which keep up with the maintenance. I have driven it in long trips and it never overheated or malfunctioned. Factory run on flat tires are great, I hot a nail once and was able to drive it to a near repair shop. Steering is great at curves, this car can be set to comfort but I can set up either the M1 or the M2 buttons in the steering wheel to switch from comfort to a beast. I like the exhaust note, not sure why others dislike it, it has an auto stop settings mode so it shuts up at traffic lights and by pressing the gas pedal is back on! My best advise if you are planning to run your M4 in the snow, get another set of wheels with snow tires! the car will perform great in winter. Overall I love my F82 M4, too bad they have changed it to a newer model but I love the 1st generation. The competition package is 444 HP, but it feels more powerful! Even braking is good!! the car stops, without losing handling or veering to right or left. The best car I have ever own! UPDATE: I have owned my BMWs, but the F82 M4 is a state of the art car overall. The design of the car and its sporty look is just lovely, all around is beautiful and well made car. The engine is powerful and responsive, I have read other ratings here of people complaining about the technology, or if it is hard to shift to park, or the nav system is out dated etc, all I can say if anyone can find a 100 perfect car let me know! Every car has things that we like and dislike but my M4 is 5 years old now and no engine issues or even paint issues, still shines like new! not to mention all bolts and screw are still in place, I have seen newer cars with bumpers lose, even the interior carpet is lose, paint peeling off, but my M4 still looks as new. No engine problems, no leaks, just a new set of tires and regular maintenance… 63,000 miles today and no issues! the same powerful engine is still going! This car is a beast! you can get to 60 miles in less than 4sec… it is fun to drive, the best M car I ever owned and will keep for long!
