Used 2005 BMW 3 Series Consumer Reviews
Excellent BMW
As fun to drive as it looks. Everyone should try one sometime in their life.
New 2005
We wanted a car that felt sporty and had luxury at the same time. BMW delivers with tight steering and yet a smooth ride. Interior room is major selling point for my 5'11 frame! I have tons of head room and leg room (in back too!!) very impressive! Love the warranty on the vehicle as well! I also love the step-tronic transmission, switching from auto to manual and sport - is FUN!

330Ci - Excellent Choice
I previously owned a a 2001 325i (manual) sedan, and wanted more of a sporty car, so I picked the 330Ci (premium package, cold weather package, and sport package, steptronic). The handling makes this car, and horsepower makes a big difference. Steptronic in manual mode is a nice change from regular auto. Interior screams luxury. Best sports car I have owned.
GREAT CAR!
This is my first luxury car and I want to drive BMWs for the rest of my life! This car is the best vehicle I've ever had, it handles well and hugs the road. The car is solid! It doesn't like stop and go traffic, it likes to take off on the highway (anything above 50 mph). I don't get great fuel mileage on the city streets, but the highway mileage is very good. I will keep it two years and then go for the 5 series. It's not that roomy inside especially if you have tall or large people in your family, but perfect for me as a second car. This is a wonderful vehicle!!!
2005 BMW 325xi
Back in my twenties my ride was a Porsche 911S and I developed an appreciation for German engineering. Years later, the Porsche long-gone, I wanted a sporty but luxurious ride. That is the definition of a BMW sedan. It really brought back memories about what DRIVING a car was all about. It's gorgeous, too. Contrary to previous reviewer, I really appreciate the rain sensor wipers (intermittent wiping speed automatically adjusts to how much rain is hitting the windshield), the automatic headlights (never have to worry about leaving them on), the auto-tilt side mirror (it tilts down so you can see the curb when you parallel park).
