When this model came out I was very attracted to the lines and the styling, but like so many other others out there, the reviews made me hold off on a purchase. I test drove the Audis and the BMWs and the Jaguars of the world. And finally, the Alfa Romeo and I was in love. I then dug into the reviews by owners and read through their feedback and decided to go for it. For what it's worth, I have not owned the car long enough to make any comments on the reliability but I have not had any issues since purchasing the car earlier this year. This car is like no other. I have the Veloce version and I absolutely love the handling, the performance and how this car really does corner like it's on rails. It's a driver's car, pure and simple. I think the controls are some of the most logical out there for doing what you are supposed to be doing in the driver's seat; driving and enjoying the experience. This car puts a grin on your face and always draws a crowd. If you are looking for a car in this segment by all means drive the competition out there and they are all good at what they do, but then drive this car. This company knows how to build an experience and that's what sets it apart from the rest. I am really sorry I held off on this purchase for so long. I wished I had made the decision to buy this car much sooner. I look out at the car in the driveway and I have zero regrets about making the purchase. I know about the depreciation, the supposed quality issues and the fact that the electronics are not plastered all over the dash. I don't care. The car makes me smile when I drive it and makes me appreciate the curves and form while washing it down. I don't see ever getting rid of this car. It will have a home in the garage next to my Acura TSX wagon I bought in 2012. I like the cars no one else drives. Give it a try before they replace the powerplant and go the way of hybrids and EVs.

I'm closing in on 60000 miles with my Giulia 2.0 Lusso. Replaced the battery. Sunroof part broke. Everything replaced under warranty. I have a warning light saying that audio not available, but it's working fine. Every...single...time I drive it I have a feeling of knowing that nothing else feels like this car. Not BMW,Audi, or my GTI. It is so glassy when carving the corners. The harder I push the better it gets. I can also cruise at 85 mph all day and it still manages 32 mpg. Ask someone that lives with the vehicle. I have yet to meet an owner that doesn't love it.

2022 Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti 4dr Sedan AWD (2.0L 4cyl Turbo 8A)

I'd wanted a Giulia since they first brought Alfa Romeo back to the US in 2017, but I just couldn't justify it. Now, at a different spot in my life in many ways, I picked up my 2022 Giulia Q4 (AWD) with just over 26k miles 4 months ago and I enjoy it. Nothing drives like this car does. There is an energy, a passion if you will, to this car that doesn't exist in a regular 3 series, A4 or C Class Mercedes. It does lack in refinement compared to those cars, but it's a lot more fun even for mundane driving chores. I recall growing up reading the car mags talking about Ferrari, Lamborghini,etc. and even the older Alfas having immense charm and driving fun to make up for their quirks and shortcomings as cars. I like: -The driving feel: This car is intuitive to drive, like its already doing what you thought of doing before you do it. The turbo 4 is strong, especially down low, the automatic is fairly decisive and quick, especially in dynamic mode. The brakes are strong, but they can be a bit clunky because they are electronically controlled. -The interior: My car is a Ti with an upgraded interior package that adds leather to the top of the dash. It's mostly black, but with the tan seats and some other colors, it's attractive and comfortable while also being great to look at. A far cry from the usual black or grey that is predominate in my previous cars, mostly Japanese. -The Tech: Well, for me the level of technology is fine. It's a bit dated and not the quickest, but you're also not awash in screens and menus with this car like a 3 series ( I keep naming the 3 series because I would have got one of those if I didn't get the Alfa) I have the Harmon-Kardon stereo which is great to my ears. It had just enough tech to not feel dated as it is and not so much that it's confusing. But, the interface can be a bit clunky. The things I don't like: -It's a small car dimensionally inside and out which is fine but also can be a challenge. There is not a ton of room or storage space and the trunk is small. If you're over 6ft or have tall kids or adults, this car is tight on space. -The backup camera is terrible. Almost useless at night. Visibility in this car isn't bad, but it's still nice to have a good camera for complex parking jobs. -The seats are OK. They do not have a lot of thigh support or a great amount of adjustments. I've done 5 hours in the car comfortably, but the support in the legs and thighs could be better. -Refinement is lacking: There is more road and wind noise than a 3 series. Impact joints from the road thrum through the tight body and the ride is stiff. Not quite as much as a Mini if you have experience with those, but its just not as compliant as a BMW either. This is a drivers focused car and driving is largely about feedback. This car gives it to you all the time. -Dealer network is largely non-existent. The closest dealer to me is 45 minutes and I have it better than most people. Most Alfa sites agree that purchasing a Giulia after the 2021 model year eliminates some common issues with the 17-20 cars. After 4 months, I've had no issues on a used car. If you really like to drive and want a more driver focused sedan than a BMW, Mercedes or Audi in their regular form, this is your car. If you want something a bit unique that ISN'T a BMW, Audi or Mercedes but can still run with them and fit in at the posh places, this is your car. If you can put up with its quirks and tight interior, this is your car. So far, I have no regrets in buying my Giulia in any way.

I really like this car. It goes very fast, handles flat on windy roads and is very quiet on the highway. Actually gets good gas mileage on the highway as well. The seats are hard to get in and out of due to the side bolsters but these do keep you in place.

The Giulia performance is excellent. Don’t waste time looking at any Japanese or Korean brands If you want a great drivers car

2.1.2025 - This car never gets old. I am glad I purchased it when I did because I do not like the newer model. The front lighting and interior digital display make the vehicle seem ordinary. Anyway, the most amazing thing is that, even after two years, it looks brand new (the paint job is just beautiful), and drives and corners like it's "on rails." I still get stares and thumbs-ups from people. I have not had a single mechanical problem and visited my dealership only for scheduled services and one recall. I have owned my brand new 2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce for a year and a half now, and I must say driving it has been a blast. The exterior styling sets this sports sedan apart from other cars on road today. The color I picked (Ocra-GT) is a rare find and makes the vehicle even more beautiful. I cannot tell you how many times I have heard wows from strangers. The interior is impeccable, and I love the leather seat design. The bolsters hug the driver as the vehicle makes tight turns. The ride is surprisingly quiet, and the Giulia accelerates quickly. The fuel efficiency is also incredibly good for a sports car. I get about 24-25 miles per gallon in combined city and highway driving. The trim I bought (Veloce) has level 2 autonomous features that work as advertised even though the vehicle has a low center of gravity. I have not had any major mechanical or other issues with my car except for taking it in for a quick software update and changing the battery. Combine all of this with the excellent purchase experience at the dealer in NC (Leith Alfa Romeo), including the reasonable purchase price, to the smooth service at my local Alfa dealership (Safford Alfa Romeo - Tysons Corner, VA), it is clear that Alfa Romeo is laser focused on the US market. If you are looking for a sports car that has all the current safety features, excellent build quality, attractive styling, and superb driving characteristics, the Giulia is an exceptional buy.

The sprint replaced a CLA 250 AWD , the first year they came out with the car. My wife totaled the Mercedes and while looking at new cars and being retired we chose a 2023 Alpha Romeo Gulia Sprint . The car listed at over $52,000 and checked all the boxes we were looking for. After 6,000 miles my wife and I love the car. If you’re looking for real value and quality then look no further than Alpha Romeo Gulia. It’s the best !!!!!
