Poor customer service
I own an RDX and the rear window randomly shattered. Acura knows it is an issue but refused to replace. $1100 later I will not be purchasing another Acura.
a solid car
in general it drives smoothly, feel a bit lack of power while stops at the traffic light and starts to speed up, still a satisfied buy /driving experience overall

This car is known for Limp Mode!
The car is stylish on the outside, but the electrical and mechanical systems are unreliable. Too many software glitches in the dash each time I drive. The worst is the limp mode issue that happens when you accelerate. When accelerating, the car sometimes looses power and goes "limp". This happened to us at less than 1000 miles on the car. We were trying to accelerate onto the highway when the car suddenly lost all power and coasted down to 30 mph before we were able to safely exit. I would not buy this. About as reliable as a Pinto.

Worst car i have ever owned
First - it rattles. A car this expensive should not have rattles in the dash. Drives me nuts. Second - the technology is slow. It takes forever to boot up. Third - the nav system is a joke. I constantly get "finding new route" . I quit using it and just use my phone on apple play. Last - the touchpad is difficult to use. On the positive side, it's comfortable and the ride is decent. I have 14,000 miles on it and am looking to get rid of it and get something else.

Better than before
The 2022 Acura RDX is a significant improvement over the previous one. Gets better gas mileage, runs on mid-grade gas, the electronics are somewhat easier to learn, and is nice looking. UPDATE: It is a very nice car but he technology, such as the navigation system, radio, an cell phone connections are difficult to use.
