Used 2022 Acura RDX Consumer Reviews
Not the Acura I grew up with
Ugh, I’ve had so many issues with this vehicle since I purchased it used in 2023 with 19k miles. Infotainment is a nightmare to deal with while driving, so many rattles inside car and rear brakes inconsistently sound like a foghorn when backing up. Drivers side mirror shakes so violently at highway speeds it’s impossible to stare at for more than a second. I’ve brought car to local Acura dealer for all these issues and every time they say “cannot reproduce”, even with videos I have provided them showing above issues! I’m so done with this car, and Acura in general. Oh, and Acura customer service is a joke as they immediately push all this back to the dealer and will not step in at all.

She’s Real Fine (My RDX)
This is my first time driving a car that includes a touchpad. It’s quite a remarkable vehicle. I intend to spend the anniversary of the purchase of my RDX re-reading the Owner’s Manual to Find more features and benefits that I have yet to use.

Perfect
Like everything, just wish it had backup sensors.
Decent audio if you can get it, horrible MPG
We bought our 2021 Acura RDX Aspec, used from the deal with 5,000 miles on it and under warranty. Love many things about this car, that we've put 10,000 miles on in 2 years, but the audio system SUCKS! The USB connection works maybe 60% of the time, but when it doesn't, there's no getting it to work, even if it was just working fine and you have touched a thing. If we're lucky enough to get it to connect via Bluetooth, the sound quality is TERRIBLE! This car is super fun to drive on mountain roads in sport+ mode, and the snow mode was awesome coming over the Sierras in a snow storm, but my average MPG is 17.8 and this car only takes premium gas. I'm going to see if the dealer has a fix for the audio issue, because I'd rather have a root canal than go through the buying process, or take it to the dealership again, but this pathetic audio system is so infuriating, I have no choice.
