Used 2019 Acura RDX Consumer Reviews
STAY AWAY FROM ACURA
I'm leasing a 2019 RDX - Car broke down on the highway after having it for 5 weeks, only 1700 mile. Acura towed my car to the nearest dealership which was over an hour away. Where the car broke down there were no car rental offices open. I was stuck trying to find a way home (which was 3 hours away). I called a relative who let me borrow their only car so I could get back home. Monday morning I called my dealership where I leased the car they told me I have to call customer service ( WHAT A JOKE). I asked for help getting my relatives car back to them - towing or if they would compensated me for the tow. They told me NOTHING they can do about that. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me they would put a request in for them to contact me ( its been 24 hours with no response) I have not heard from the dealership that has my car, do you think it might have something do to that I am a woman! My RDX is still at a dealership over an hour and half away, I have my relatives cars that needs to get back to them (three hours away). Towing is the only option I have but ACURA will not help me with this. They do not back their product what so ever! I don't even want this car back but I'm stuck. I will never lease or buy an ACURA - STAY AWAY unless it does not bother you that they could care less about their customers. If you do call customer service you better not be on the phone with them to long or they will tell you they need to hang up so they can keep their lines open for other customers! ACURA is a HORRIBLE company to deal with!!! I also sent an email over 48 hours ago and still no response. I know corporate will not respond to this. I have read other reviews and they only reply to positive review. WAY TO GO ACURA to stay away from the bad reviews! All reviews good or bad deserve a response. FYI ACURA you will be getting this same review on social media - If this review changes one person mind in buying an ACURA I will be happy.

2019 Acura RDX sh-awd a-spec
Traded in my 2013 Lexus GS350 F-Sport, which i liked very much. I love my new RDX. It drives great, sounds awesome and interior is great. I got the apex blue with red leather seats. The audio is superb, it’s truly immersive.

A techie advanced carh
Great car in all aspects. I had a 2016 one prior. The technology changes take a short time to get used to but once done, car is magnificent.

stay away, lemon car
have owned 4 acura's previously, and they were great. The new RDX is a lemon. Engine and transmission failure from second day of ownership. Neither Acura Customer Care or the dealership is trying to rectify the situation. Keep putting me on hold. They tell me they need the car for a couple of days to research, but will not offer a loaner for over a weeks time. Navigation and infotainment glitchy. NAV occasionally gets directions wrong. Apple car play works ~60% of the time. Car has died on me 3 times in less than four weeks. Stay away
