What’s new
Changes this year are minimal. ABS is now standard on LE models. SE models can be equipped with a snazzy Rallye package designed for those trying to disguise the fact that they are driving a minivan -- it includes two-tone paint treatment, tinted glass and 15-inch alloy wheels. The four-speed automatic transmission benefits from engineering refinements, while the base model is no longer available with a manual transmission. A natural gas version of the 3.3-liter V6 is available in limited numbers this year.
Cost to DriveCost to drive estimates for the 1995 Plymouth Voyager LE 3dr Minivan and comparison vehicles are based on 15,000 miles per year (with a mix of 55% city and 45% highway driving) and energy estimates of $5.35 per gallon for regular unleaded in California.

1994 Base Voyger

1994 Plymouth Voyager 3dr Minivan
Purchased new in Sep 1993. Drives and looks good. Several minor recalls but nothing major. 3.0L engine has plenty of power, and the 3 speed automatic transmission is bullet proof(un-like the 4 speed) Good basic transportation for my family of five.

Transmission Problems
GRH, 06/09/2003
1994 Plymouth Voyager 3dr Minivan
Engine ran fine. Gas mileage great.
Design good. AC was a problem area. The
transmissions were garbage. Went
through 3 transmissions in 150k and I
maintain my vehicles well and drive
them gently. I have 4 friends /
relatives that have owned different
years of Voyagers and Caravans and they
also have had inordinate amounts of
transmission problems. It was because
of … the transmission problems I did not
by another Dodge mini van. I just
traded and switched to another brand.
The Caravan would be economical if not
for the AC and the tranny problems.

Great MiniVan
RKLEE, 06/20/2005
1995 Plymouth Voyager SE 3dr Minivan
The 3.3 V6 is very powerful for this vehicle. VERY spacious interior for a van of this size. Exterior SHORTER than most sedans but Interior twice the space. Great for many applications. Hauling kids, equipment, for work, hauling bikes, boats, camping equipment, tools, etc. Fuel economy is decent enough for everyday driver to work. Great for family trips. Be careful of the transmission, … but properly maintained it'll run for a long time. Have had NO major problems at 170,000 miles. Shocks are starting to get weak but that's expected and an inexpensive fix. Plan to drive for another 5 years!

Great deal

1993 Plymouth Voyager SE 3dr Minivan
I love my little voyager! I paid 600 bucks and it is worthy of each one. never let me down or let me on street. I highly recommend this van. Cheap and reliable transportation for my family. it is not a beautiful van but for 600 bucks it bring us from TX to CT without problems.
