Used 2004 Volvo XC90 Consumer Reviews
A Great SUV!
A quality SUV that gets great gas mileage for a SUV. Has a small feel driving the vehicle with a lot of room to carry passengers and/or cargo. Also feel very safe in the XC90.
excellent choice
just got the car and its great, considered the ml350, aviator, and discovery. The volvo was the best bet all around. It is the Safest suv on the road, best gas mileage of the ones we tested, unique look while still be functional.

Not Comfy
This car is amazing, I really enjoy almost everything about it...the handling is great, the looks are wonderful, and the safety is second to none.
STAY AWAY FROM XC90 T6 MODEL!!!
Worst and final Volvo I will own. I purchased i in 2007, NOTHING but trouble. Over 2,500 in repairs to front end, and then the transmission went at 79k At this point I traded it in on a Chevy Tahoe Z71. Much happier and haven't had nearly as much trouble. Volvo customer service and dealership were horrible. I have owned 4 Volvo's and after this experience I will never buy Volvo again. Nothing but problems. VERY dissatisfied.
Nothing but driving pleasure
Paid sticker/waited 3 mos. for delivery of a 2004 crystal green T6 in June '03. After driving three months, simply love it. Get lots of compliments. Functionality and build quality excellent. Interior quality beats MDX hands down. Mileage only 17- 18 but you're pulling 4600 lbs. so what can you reasonably expect. Third row theatre style seats with separate air conditioning are a hit with the kids. Heard complaints of lack of legroom in the third row but that missing two inches is instead provided for a crumple zone to protect third row craniums. Soo how close your kids' heads are to the tailgate in an MDX.
