Love the interior, hate the ride

Purchased new in 2020. I fell in love with the styling. The Interior is beautiful, comfortable, and refined. The ride not so much. Reminds me of riding in an NYC Taxi. You feel every crack, crevice, and bump. I have had to replace and repair the rims 5x in 2 years. It's a shame this car could be so much more of a pleasure to drive if a little more engineering thought went into the design of the suspension, steering, and wheels.

To review state that the seats are great but they have changed since 2017 I believe because they were made in China. They did some thing to increase the backseat legroom and totally changed the cadence of the seat. I hate it I can’t wait to get rid of it I loved my 2017. I made a very poor assumption that it would be the same as the 2017 when I purchased this vehicle

STILL LOOKING , I see comments on the ride and some problems with the console screen.. Hope to get some responses from Volvo makers on anything being done to answer these negative comments. Thank, you
