Used 2005 Volvo S40 T5 Fwd 4dr Sedan (2.5L 5cyl Turbo 6M) Consumer Reviews
Great Car!
Bought this car a month ago. We are surpised at how many features it has. We are still discovering some of the thoughtfulness in the design. The car has a lot of power and seems to perform better the faster you go. The interior design feels roomy, and the console seems to wrap around you. This car definitely turns heads. Very sexy!
I love the car, with one exception
I love this car, with one exception. The front seats are not overly comfortable. Unless one sits on the seat the correct way, he'll hurt his hips or his back. Aside from the seating issue, the car is a winner. I drove to the office in an incredible downpour. The car performed perfectly. I felt like I was in command of the road. I'd recommend this car to anyone, just make sure the seats are comfortable to you.

Volvo S40 T5 Revoew
Since purchasing this car, 2 months ago, it has been back to the dealership 6 for repairs on the radio. I purchased the upgraded stereo, which obviously was a mistake as it never works. When trying to change a station on the radio, after the car has been restarted, the sounds dies and the radio "locks-up". The only way to "un- lock" the radio is by shutting the car off and restarting. Volvo Corp. has been very unresponsive in my concerns about this issue. I will think twice before EVER purchasing another Volvo.
Volvo S40 impressions
I've only driven 1500 miles in the weeks I've owned it, but it is quick, good handling, comfortable, and quiet.
My Volvo!
I bought my Volvo used with 3k miles on it and have driven it all over Europe, I have yet to have any problems. The only thing I could possibly complain about is the lack of factory tint on my windows. Also if you have something heavy (15 lbs) or more sitting in the passenger seat it will sound a bell and there is a flashing seatbelt sign. If you can call that a bad thing. And the last one is the lack of after market sterios made to utilize the new dash/radio in the S40.
