This is a great car - unbelievable acceleration and handling (240 HP, not 168 as listed by Edmunds). I bought it last year, and so far, so good! The car is very comfortable, and is well- built. I have not had any problems with it, thus far. My jaw still drops when I put it in sport mode and give it some gas...

This car is pretty decent. It is incredibly fun to drive on the highway because of the turbo engine. It has an enormous trunk which is a bonus. However, when i purchased it in November of 2008, I had to replace the odometer, engine mount, battery, front sway bar link arms, and strut mounts. Overall this is a good (not great) car for someone who would like to drive a pretty reliable carfor under $4,000.00

In 1995, the Volvo Turbo was the best value: for a luxury performance sedan, it had the best price. It also had the best mix of safety with an ability to hold the road and accelerate. However, the cost of Volvo parts is obscene--worse than Mercedes and on a par with BMW.

I love this car, I looked for one of these cars for about 3months before finding the one that i wanted. i was picky, i wanted a well optioned wagon with a 5-speed manual tranny, i got it! Ya see, I am a Musician that plays Tuba and Basses that need a lot of room to move around. I can fit my up-right bass and a 450wt 4x10 cabinet and my elecetic bass and a tuba with plenty of room to spare in this lovely wagon. A really fun car to have that looks great and is practical for anyone.

Purchased the vehicle new in 95' loveing it ever since. Currently 120K + miles on it and she is rinning fine. Leather seats starting to wear a bit and some minor ac problems but all in all it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. I hope to drive it until 200K then get a new Volvo(the XC 90 looks nice).
