Motor, Trans great...little things a big problem. Broken power seat back, broken glove box lock, worn cruise control wire, recirculate air broken twice, cup holders, center arm rest broken, rear door welds broken, mud flaps broken, broken horn contacts (constant honk), check engine light stuck on (dealer couldn't reset..."recommend $600 new electronics"...forget it guys!) Radio doesn't even work right("We can fix that for $400") But it is safe!!!!
Lovin It
This is a cool car.. at first for a 16 year old it seemed a wagon was uncool but then i realized that it is beter for having a kickin stereo system put in... you can have the subs in the cargo area and still have room for whatever you need! my car is in bad leather condition and my power seat's gear fell off the the back rest so its stuck, but in a very good condition. Whats not to like about this car... it has really nice seats and lots of luxuries to boot! only thing it has ever needed is timing belt at 75000 miles and a broken headlamp lense. Get one of these i garuntee youll love it!

Marions Review
This has been a great car for me and my family. There have been very few mechanical problems. This car still gets looks from people as we drive down the road. You definitely have a great sense of security in the Volvo.
Best car i have ever owned
This is the best car I have ever owned it handles great the turbo leaves everyone on freeway not a good dragster tho. Very expensive to repair. 1100$ to rebuild turbo but soooo worth it, no Honda or Mitsubishi or most BMWs can catch me on the highway but
Durable
We got a good deal on an 850,after my Caprice died unexpectedly. It was my first 'foreign' car,and aside from a little getting used to it turned out to be pretty durable and low maintenance...even up to the 250,000 I had it. Ultimately it started to develop a head gasket issue that we found wasn't worth fixing at that stage.
