Not a typical Minivan

With little interest in a van that has 16 cup holders the Eurovan wasthe perfect match for our clan. The seats are a pain.I now have my mechanic remove, storeandinstall the rear seat when needed.A/Cis powerful. The engine never lacksneeded speed. When you first drive this car,you sit up high like a bus driveran experience that takes getting useto. Never do I feel thattipping/rollingis an issue. The middle seats and the A/Ccompressor have broke. This oversized beast is missing the bells and whistles Soccer Moms demand. However,my van can haul 7 adults comfortably, a dog, groceries and luggage for a week and never feel under powered.

I have owned VW vans for a long time, and the GLS with VR6 is probably the best one I have ever had. It has power, comfort, and a really great exterior design. This is by far the prettiest shoe box I have ever seen!!

Originally purchased todrive our daughter from PA to FL to college, it has become an everyday favorite of mine and our first choice for any long distance driving. Exceptional power and handling that actually feels "Sporty", even on small country roads despite it's boxy appearance. The geared down 201HP V6 has great power. The weekend 4- some fits easily with 4 sets of golf clubs. Great at winter driving with ABS and traction control. Access requires quite a step up which can be problematic for older individuals.

I drove a full size Ford van for travel, but my wife didn't like it's size. When looking at "minivans" I found them to be less spacious than the station wagons I grew up with. They were just sedans with another seat squished in there. The Newly designed Eurovan is Spacious without taking up the whole road. It has a commanding panoramic view of the road and truly seats seven comfortably. Takes me back to the old Microbus days, but can climb a hill like anything. Great van.

I just purchased a one owner 1999 VW Euro Van. My family loves this vehicle. Being a '99 this vehicle outperforms my new 2003 Kia Sedona. I am giving that van away for an older better vehicle. VW makes great vehicles. We are a total VW family now. We also have a 2005 VW Bettle TDI. Go VW!

Bus

The "bus" has been an excellent, reliable car for almost two years. It has better visibility than SUVs, is fast and most importantly, has a huge interior. It is a perfect vacation road car for a family of five. We have had only two problems, a leaking oil cooler and water pump, both repaired under warrantee in less than a day, each. The bus is unique, not many on the road, and drives very well.

this is the second VW Van we've owned. We love it. It's amazingly versatile and extremely comfortable. There are so many well thought out features that it would be hard to describe all the good things VW built into this model. We expect to keep this van for many years.
