Used 2023 Volkswagen Arteon Consumer Reviews
Sport and style in a beautiful package
We just traded our '19 Tiguan for our beautiful King Red Metallic SEL Rtype. The incentives are incredible, couldn't find anything else in this category this good. We have been VW customers for 8 years with a Passat, Tiguan and now the Arteon. We took a long ride today and we were turning heads where ever we went as it does not blend in with the Toyotas, Nissans, Kias etc. We owned a Cadillac XTS in 2013 and it was not as comfortable as this Arteon. Update: We now have 30K miles on the Arteon. Still a pleasure to drive and the only problem that has come up is the Travel Assist feature turns off from time to time and it happens several times a week. VW of Tucson has another Arteon in their shop with the same problem and are having a problem diagnosing.

Pocket Rocket w Luxury
First impressions is this car is solid, inviting, fast and there’s really nothing quite like it on the road right now which is why I purchased it. The car is capable, meaning it handles well, is responsive and also a pleasure to drive on the highway. The SEL-P is the way to go as the AWD and sound system performs well. All in all this car is a great value as compared to the A7 or Stinger and fun to drive.

Fun & Comfy
The Arteon is the perfect daily driver. Its comfortable and zippy (besides some noticeable turbo lag). Its not mind-blowing fast but its more than sufficient, and the adaptive dampers are something I don't think I will ever be able to go without. Ive never had a car that can change so much based on the drive mode.

30+ MPG and 300hp
I have an SEL R-line and I absolutely love this car. It’s almost everything you could want in a car. Roomy, efficient, economical and exhilarating all in one package. The tech could be better coming from Kia’s easy to use platform. I have over 20k miles on my car and could not be happier. It grips and rips when needed but is very comfortable for long distance drives as well. Sad that this platform will be going into the sunset soon. UPDATE: Love this car great for long drives, confidence inspiring handling and awesome mpg while cruising near 80mph. Infotainment is my only callout as it is cumbersome at times and slow, compared to the Kia I used to have and my wife’s Pallisade.
