2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser
There are so many advantages to this car. It is beautiful and distinct looking (3 wipers). The height when driving is so advantageous and you can see so much more of the road. Leg room and space in the front is superb. Rear camera is also helpful especially when backing up to park in a personal or parking garage with limited space. Handles well in snow and rain and ground clearance … really helps in the snow or extensive rain. Have an automatic which is a good fit since I live and spend most of my time in Northeast part of the country. Actually drive a 5-speed manual in Arizona and it was a nice ride especially in areas without traffic. Have never had another car or SUV with the same headspace. The FJ has kept its value so well and in a way illogical. There are FJ Cruisers on sale now with list prices $1K - $2K less than what I paid in 2016 with MORE mileage than I have NOW. There are some REAL benefits that 2014 was the last year it was made.
