2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser
I can be completely effusive about the ownership of this vehicle. It served in so many ways to be a real champion for me and my wife. First off we loved the design and its modern rendition on the original FJ. Second was the practicality of the interior material with the neoprene floor and textile seating. The layout was great and while the suicide doors were a little difficult for … accessing an adult it was a small price to pay. The engine is solid and extremely durable. Stereo was the upgrade and worth the extra option. The automatic and steering gear is first rate. The manual four wheel drive is a little cumbersome for around town but lets not forget that this is the real deal off road machine so in that context it is a winner. The rear parking sensors were a must as the back up camera was a nice feature the size of the screen in the rearview mirror was a little impractical. However, we found the mirrors to be appropriately sized to assist in the practicality of all maneuvers.
