I initially loved this vehicle and am still a fan, but as with any technology focused platform after 5 years things aren’t so rosy. The battery has degraded about 11%. I bought the 100D for battery life. On purchase 100% charge was 310 mi, now at 100% I get around 275 mi. That means standard charging at 80% is 220 mi. I have had to replace the main computer CPU $2400, the steering unit … $550, and now it squeaks like a rust bucket. I only have 45k mi and have had to replace tires twice $1600 each time (because of the offset wheels the inside of the tires wears especially fast). Additionally things that used to be free (music, news) are no longer free. Additionally on a hot day the sensor on the falcon wing doors will not let the doors open because it senses the heat as an obstruction.
