2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV
We looked at many different EV’s. The Mustang Mach e was fun and a nice rig, we just wanted more high tech features, but worth a look if you are in the market. The Tesla Model X while the critics love it we did not, rough ride on the Midwest roads, road noise was bad, the infotainment system is quirky for anyone coming out of a common platform like our BMW X5. The buying experience at … the local store was less than desirable. So enter the EQS, fit, form and finish was superb, quality of materials well above what we looked at. Using the infotainment system and tech is a breeze. Ride is superb with seat comfort above and beyond anything we have owned in 40 years of ownership, and owned about all high end cars and SUV’s . Dealership experience was amazing! Ours is loaded up and we activated the dash cam system and the performance enhancement. The sound system makes me feel like I am at home with my MAC system. Range exceeded the published numbers as we have done over 300 miles. I know it is pricey, ours was over $122k but this justifies when you consider all aspects of the SUV, the old adage “ You Get what You Pay For”
