Dealer Review:

We went and looked at a used 2013 Chevy Suburban. Like it signed papers and drove it off the lot. We drove 3.5 hours to look at it. On the way home got stuck in rush hour traffic in the city just a few minutes from the dealership and came to a stop. Went to take off and the truck lurched forward. Didn't think about it again. That weekend went for another drive and it did it again, checked the dip stick and the transmission fluid is brown ( this is a strong indication the transmission is going out). Called the dealership and they said there is nothing we can do. You signed an "as is" and declined the warranty (really just junky insurance for late models that can't have a warranty any more). WE CAN'T HELP YOU, there is nothing we can do. Talked to the sales manager Jeffy and he said on the transmission fluid is red your just looking at it in the light. Again can't help you. Don't buy a car from here they will sell you junk they either have not looked at or they are lying about how good the vehicle really is.

I shopped extensively online for a mid-sized SUV and narrowed my options to two local dealers. I visited another local dealer before heading to Everett Buick GMC. The difference between the two was amazing. The first dealer required a trade in and financing through their dealership. Not to do so made a difference of more than $3,000 in the car's price. At Everett, I called the online sales manager, Clark Crone, and explained what I was looking for. He had several in stock and I headed to the dealership. When I arrived, Clark had a car waiting for me, handed me the keys, and told me to try it out. He took his time to make sure I had exactly what I wanted and we made a deal with none of the afore mentioned restrictions. When I told him I wanted to pay cash, there was no change in price or pressure to finance. In fact, I ended up with a better price at Everett than if I had a trade-in and had financed the car at the other dealership. From first contact to the time I drove off the lot with a new mid-size SUV, my experience could not have been better. I recommend Everett Buick GMC without reservation.

Went there to look at this Tahoe, willing to offer full price ticket. An employee (so called manager) had the keys and we couldn’t even look at it because he was insistent on buying it himself. The salesman helping us tried but Sergio (the manager) said he was buying it. Salesman said he is buying it to up the price quite a bit and resale it. Customers can’t even get a good deal anymore because employees get this opportunities to hold the sale and buy themselves to resale. Awful experience.
