Our salesperson Don and all of the staff at AutoNation Lincoln Clearwater were friendly and professional. Don was able to find a special discount and a 0% financing offer that were not expected. He is very thorough in explaining the features of the car and guiding us through the sales process. Don’s experience and knowledge are unsurpassed. My only disappointment is/was the value given for my trade-in. I received multiple e-mails from Lincoln and the dealership about how they were paying "top dollar" for trade-ins like mine. This was the driving factor for my considering a trade. However, in the end I received less than the lowest value provided by NADA. This was not what I anticipated and it did not accurately depict the condition or value of my trade-in. Fortunately, the immediate availability of the vehicle I wanted, along with the discount and financing incentives, saved the sale. However, this aspect of the purchase was well below my expectations.
