The sales person in this location clearly lied to me and my wife that we have to include their own 2-year protection plan which cost $1,395 to buy the used car that we were interested in. After purchasing the car, I have contacted the insurance company and found out it was simply not true. I contacted the general manager at the dealership to request the cancellation of the protection plan with a full refund. Although he promised to process this in our initial phone conversation, now he is not answering my phone nor replying to my e-mail and phone message. I know have a high doubt if this would be processed on time. Regardless this cancellation and refund are made on time or not, lying to the customers about this costly protection plan is illegal and should be prevented in the future.
