Used 2020 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Consumer Reviews
Tall people don't fit
I loved the rav 4 highbrid and even ordered one. Then my 6 feet tall husband tried to test drive and his head hit the top of the car. Tall people likely won't be comfortable.

We purchased a 2020 Rav Hybrid Limited used. It was only 6 months old and had 7,000 miles. We are truly impressed with this vehicle. We get so many compliments and some people ask us if they could take a picture of it. It is very comfortable to drive, smooth, adequate acceleration. The Toyota safety sense works as it should. A very smart car indeed. The mileage is really good for SUV with AWD. In the summer we were getting 42 mpg. I would imagine that the winter would be less. The tires are Michelin which are very quiet and perform well. Interior cargo room is adequate. The color midnight black is gorgeous after a coat of wax has been applied. So now the negative. The passenger seat is not powered and is positioned too high. Some buttons are hard to locate to the left of the steering column. The satellite radio is slow to respond, although this is not a fault of Toyota. We had to replace the 12 volt battery. This was in the first week that we had the car. I believe this is a common problem. But without a doubt, this is the nicest vehicle that we have ever owned. We recently purchased a small RV that weighs 1500 pounds. The Rav Hybrid tows it quite easily, and with the large mirrors you can see easily down both sides of the trailer. The only thing to remember is that you must manually turn off the safety sense when backing up, as the car senses that the the RV is a object that you will hit, and applies the brakes if they are not disabled. Keep up the good work Toyota. Wish we would have considered your product line earlier.

Absolutely love our RAV4 Hybrid XSE!
Just purchased our 2020 RAV4 XSE this weekend and we are not disappointed! We knew we wanted a smaller SUV and had narrowed our search down to the RAV4 and the Honda CR-V. We’ve driven a Prius V for the last 9 years and a Sienna before that. The sporty style of the XSE is an absolute blast! It is so much fun to drive. We got all the extras with our car including the panoramic moon roof and upgraded to the JBL sound system. The blue stitching is so sharp and we love the soft touch of the interior. We only wish that the passenger seat had power features as well. We are looking forward to the awesome mileage this car touts! Ultimately it was the reliability of the Toyota name that swayed us to choose the RAV4. We know that Toyota stands with pride behind their products and we’ve never owned a Toyota that doesn’t go the distance!

Like the way it all works.
Mine is fully loaded (~$42k), has everything except the panoramic moon roof. Currently running at 44.7 to 44.8 MPG overall. Yes I drive it in economy mode, always do the speed limit and let the radar assisted cruise control do most of the driving. Anly discernable flaw is the Alexa phone app on Android went from working sometimes to not working at all. Not a big deal as Google search works flawlessly. Voice and Navigation system fully understands english and sometimes located destinations that Google maps cannot. Auto high beam articulated LED headlights work great as does the rain detecting wipers. HDTV rear view mirror is really cool as is the 360 degree surround cameras. Rear electric drive is cool because there is no mechanical claptrap running all the time. This is just a few of the many things I really like. Have owned the RAV4 for two years now. The composite annual MPG (reset once a year) is 40+. This includes city, rural, and highway driving through 4 seasons. Entune has never worked. Not sure if this is the fault of the car or phone. Really don't need it as Android auto and Google work fine.
