Fun Drivers Car
Fantastic little car that makes a great all season driver. Power is excellent but boost doesn’t build until about 3000 rpm. After that the power comes on strong but is linear. It loves running to redline but is easy to drive when just tooling around town. Comfort level is good but the suspension is stiff. Still I have no problem using the car as my daily driver. Handling is superb and the ability to adjust the torque split just adds to the fun. Rev match is awesome and the shifter is excellent although not as good as a Honda Type R. My two negatives are so so fuel economy and the car turns 3000 rpm plus when driving at interstate speeds. Another gear would make the car less busy at highway speeds and give better mpg.

I was lucky enough to get it for msrp and in south Florida it’s been difficult. Regardless I’ve had so much fun in the ownership of the car so far and can’t wait for more smiles per gallon. Was averaging 11 mpg from a 3 cylinder so you can imagine how much fun it has been. You don’t get the car for other people because the average person won’t appreciate a 50k corolla, enthusiasts do but there’s not that many compared to the average person who cares about names and brands. I say forget them and enjoy the drive as it’s a very unique car so they are missing out. My favorite mode is 30:70 power on sport and what I love is that you can feel the difference from each setting. I got it in blue and it’s beautiful, kinda went in hoping I can even get in one but I’m glad it was the blue as it’s the best looking color easily in my opinion. Speaking of looks, the wide body looks amazing, forged carbon fiber roof looks great and rims. Because of all that it has basically no need for more mods as far as ascetics. I highly recommend this car as it’s never going to be made again. With everything going ev or hybrid you may never again experience a car like this. On top of all that If you get the circuit it will hold its value

My new toy.
I have not had time to break it in as yet. Great so far.
I love this car so much!!
Absolutely smitten with my car! It's been turning heads and earning nods on both town roads and highways. The fun part? Many aren't aware it's a special Corolla. It gets amusing when people ask about its unique color, and the confused looks when I start it, and it roars differently than your typical Corolla. 😅 While there are plans to upgrade the exhaust, for now, I'm reveling in the perfection of the ride that never fails to bring a smile to my face. It's truly a joyous and fun car! 🚙💙🩵🤍

Don’t believe the hype.
I know before I even post this, it’s going to get a lot of “I don’t know what I’m talking about” response. But this car is indeed all hype. I have owned 15, count it, 15 Subarus. This is not a Subaru. Hell, it’s not even a STI!! Which I’ve owned three of. I also live in the great NEK. So yeah, I know what I’m “talking about” when it comes to driving in the snow. This car is TERRIBLE in the snow. It’s literally its own worst enemy. All this weight they took out to make it a go cart, does you ZERO good in the snow. What kind of “rally car” has no control in the snow?! AWD doesn’t do any good is there’s no WEIGHT to push the tires into the snow. Instead, with no weight, you sit on TOP of the snow and slide around. Yes I get “drift mode” and “fun” but normal driving just to the store shouldn’t be “drift mode”. Also this AWD system isn’t designed for actual real world use, like say, driving in snow. It’s for track days and tracking. I don’t want to track, life isn’t “tracking”.. it’s about “can I even get this thing out of the driveway?! Think about this. Subarus have such a great system, some people, a lot of people, actually don’t use snow tires. I have great snow tires because I believe in them.. and I can only imagine how terrible this would be without them. It’s that bad. Honestly, you’re better off having a front wheel drive car with snow tires, than this car. Want a “fun” car in the snow.. this isn’t it. Fun, yes. Practical?! Not even close. Because fun fact.. for all the money you spend. It doesn’t even come with a spare tire. That’s how impractical this car truly is. Not to mention how draft the car is and the huge windshield.. that is to large to fully defrost. So yeah, not great.
