purchase of crown sedan
An excellent vehicle, I had never driven a Toyota Crown Platinum, an excellent car, very comfortable and economical in gas, I was able to compete with the best car brands and it is excellent, nothing else is needed, everything is very comfortable.

Buyer Beware!
I bought a 2023 Crown Platinum about 6 months ago. I noticed since the beginning it had a vibration or shudder when creeping forward or in reverse while running on engine power (not EV power). My dealer told me that it’s a known issue with the Hybrid MAX power train. It also affects Highlanders with the same engine. Toyota is going to replace the transmission in my car under warranty, but I’m on a waiting list for the parts. Apparently there are a lot of vehicles needing this fix, and my dealer said it could be several months before the parts come in. I probably won’t trust the car after it gets a new transmission, so it was a big mistake to buy it. I never owned a Toyota before, and this will be my last!

Gorgeous Looking Comfortable Car
Got myself the XLE in Oxygen white. Mileage is outstanding ( clocked 1000 Kms on a full tank, combined city & highway driving). Offers a very comfortable ride for long distances, igressing and egressing is easy as it gets, I continue to receive compliments from strangers on the styling, comes with all the bells and whistles I need, and to boot, its AWD.

Superb Hybrid Sedan
Purchased this car in July of 2023. Very well pleased with it. Performs as promised, delivering more than 42 mpg. Plenty of power. Well furnished inside. Toyota's Safety Sense 3.0 makes the car perform in many ways like a self correcting vehicle, though some sudden braking can be disconcerting at times. would not hesitate to recomending it to anyone. Hoping that Toyota’s reputation for reliability and long life for its cars will prove to be true with this vehicle. After 10 months of usage, even more appreciative of this vehicle. Some software in the navigation system, such as the ability to pick up addresses from the list of contacts on my list, consistencies in displays on the main driver display, ability to save changes, etc. would be great. These can be updated remotely to the vehicle,

Crown Exceeds Expectations
I was not looking to buy a Crown. The 19” wheels provide added ease to getting in and out. The quietness of the cabin was an added bonus. 41mpg is not exaggerated. Plenty of zip for freeway travel. Safety technology and Car Play create a pleasurable experience for 30 mile commute.
