This is by far the best vehicle I've ever owned. This vehicle arrived in June of 2023, I've had 9,000+ problem free miles. The handling is superior and I love the OTA updates. I can never go back to an ice car again. Every morning I wake up with a full tank of electrons and no more stinky tail pipe smell. Rivian support is great, sure there is a bit of a delay, but we have a Ford Van and when our windshield broke, Ford said it would be 4 months until they can get us the windshield and get it recalibrated. For folks complaining about service wait time, the legacy manufacturers also have delays. The Halloween update made my heart happy. We love it so much we have a reservation on an R2. You honestly won't regret getting this vehicle. The VISIBILITY is fantastic, LOVE the acceleration when I need it, SUPERIOR handling and FANTASTIC sound system. Oh, and did I mention SAFETY, the R1S is literally the safest SUV on the road and the only one to get a safety+ rating.

I love the view out of the Rivian while driving, and due to the boxy shape there is plenty of space inside when hauling items. Having access to the Tesla Supercharger network also is a great feature. On long trips the charging planning in the navigation system is top notch. I have had 3 other electric vehicles and this is the best one from a route planning & charging perspective.

We really love this SUV, it checks all of the boxes! Great family car, can go anywhere off road or on. It has excellent utility, refinement and ruggedness on long trips or as a daily driver. We have a family of five so the third seat gives us plenty of room. Also the cargo space and frunk is such a great perk and gives you additional space. It's very comfortable, extremely fast and so much fun to drive. We have had Tahoe's, Ford Expedition's and Toyota 4runners and this car far outperforms all of them. Also the range our our quad R1S is over 300 miles which is a huge factor given how high gas prices have increased.
