To much money to little truck

I purchased a RAM 2500 Limited. First of all it has the RAM Air suspension and rides very rough, it bounces on every street line. Second the seats are hard as a rock. Third, the back up sensors pick up the receiver hitch and so the truck will not back up with the hitch in.... guess RAM does not want you pulling a trailer. Forth, you can not put a tool box in the truck unless you want a 12" tool box, the finder wells are to close to the cab. I hate this truck

Can’t pull a hill pulling 6000 pounds goes from 60mph to 54mph this is with the 6.7 Cummins. Drivers seat reclines on its own. Box floor is so thin it pops under your feet from metal flexing!

Emissions Malfunction

I bought this vehicle new. Idle to drive hours is optimal, but the vehicle is plagued with Malfunction Indicator/Check Engine Light. I was informed it is a problem with the emissions system with no known solution from the manufacturer.

My 3rd Ram 2500

Purchased a 2024 Ram 2500 in June 2023 and received it in January. Had a 2015, same truck. New truck is trying too hard to compete which has ruined the truck. First thing you’ll notice is the ‘bump resonance’ in the frame. Every time you hit a bump, the truck shakes it off. This is really annoying. I even dropped the tire pressure to 50psi to calm it down. The older truck not so, nice and smooth. They upgraded the side view mirrors which are horrible. My older truck had infallible side view mirrors, totally confident driving. The new ones you struggle to figure out what’s happening next to your truck, try driving at night on a busy interstate. The vehicle function setup is as bad as our Audi. Too complex so as to compete with other vehicles. I miss just pressing a button for the heated steering wheel and seat. Now you have to peck thru the computer to find it. The radio is the same to the point you’ll have an accident trying to tune in a favorite station. I can’t image who the heck thinks their design is hip. For $75k what a way to ruin a good truck. After all we wanted a truck to haul and plow, not a dumbed down toy. Oh yeah, they eliminated the shifter for a knob, why?? Did it save $5?? You’ll be grabbing for the shifter constantly. Good luck Dodge.

Special ordered the vehicle. Received it in December. -20 below 0 and the dealer left it outside. Dead batteries and wouldn’t start. Currently 8 recalls of which none have been fixed. Two recalls are due to engine fires. Owners have been told to park vehicles outside and away from other vehicles due to fire hazard. I have been waiting over a year for repairs. Dealer says no parts available. Only 3,000 miles on vehicle over two years. I’m afraid to drive it! Numerous check engine lights and all kinds of electrical problems. Dealer service is non existent! DO NOT BUY RAM EVER!!! UPDATE: I bought this truck new, and still face recall problems. The recalls have ranged from engine fires, transmission, fires, and numerous electrical and sensor problems. The truck was shipped without sensors in the exhaust, and there are still no sensors available so that we call is incomplete. Just received another recall today, and there is no fix for it. Dealers response is totally inadequate, they don’t know when they will get parts blaming Antis for the problem. The truck is nearing three years old and has 4000 miles on it because of do not drive recommendations from the factory. I have Ram for 25 years. Never again. Total piece of junk, and the dealership does not stand behind them.
