Snazzy Lil’ Thang!

My first car was a 2001 Sentra GXE and it was handed down to me from my sister after two years. After I drove it for another two years, it came to a point where we needed to say goodbye. So, I got a used, pretty blue 2016 Sentra SV back in 2019 at 21k miles. Although my experience with driving cars is minimal, I really did enjoy my 2016 Sentra. It drove well, it was comfortable, it definitely felt sturdy even for a small vehicle, plus it was a good looking car! I didn’t run into any issues with it. Unfortunately, I was hit in a rather bad accident the other night and she will most likely be deemed a total loss. I will most certainly miss her very much, she treated me so well for about 10k miles! I have a respect for Nissan’s and I think the Sentra is a great car, whether it’s your first, fifth or tenth vehicle!

Never buy Nissan

This car was a POS. Chrome door handles fell off. Door gaskets came off. Window motor went bad at 50,000(Nissan only covered $600 of the $900 repairs). Best off all, cvt transmission was slipping at 30,000. I called Nissan to help and they wouldn’t. I had to sell the car before I ended up spending $4,700 on a new transmission!! The car was 5 years old!!! I’ve talked to plenty of other Sentra owners with the same problems. Never buy Nissan!!!

key fob key does not retract into fob making it difficult to store key in pocket or purse, Only one space for CD's my other vehicles had 6 spaces. makes it inconvenient to use as you have to keep taking out and putting in new. not a lot of bells and whistles for a 2016
