Used 2004 Nissan Maxima Consumer Reviews
2004 nissan opinions
It is entirely to rough for me. performance is there but I would like a car with a much better ride. It just don't smooth out the small imperfections in the road. The low profile tire is most of the problem.

Great Car
We bought this car in March of 2010, with 85,000 miles; it now has 96,000, after only 5 months. So far, it has been a very reliable, roomy, and comfortable family car. We average around 24.5 mpg. On a recent 300-mile trip, I averaged 31.2 mpg with luggage and a passenger. The front seats are comfortable, but the seat backs are shaped oddly, and can become annoying. The back seat is huge, and is more comfortable than the front. It is very enjoyable to drive, with lots of power, engaging handling, and a firm yet compliant ride. It is quiet inside, with only minor road noise. The BOSE sound system sounds great, and the radio display is excellent. I would highly recommend this car to anyone.
Poor Factory Workmanship
Car needed immediate paint touchup upon vehicle receipt due to several paint chips. Car has been back for repairs to sun roof wind deflector which prevented sunroof from closing, multiple visits to dealership to get rear deck speaker buzzing on Bose system fixed - a service bulletin has been issued for this problem and it still has not been corrected. Car scheduled to go in to body shop (approved by Nissan) due to chipped paint in multiple locations all over car due to poor quality factory paint job.
PERFECT
LOOKS AND IT'S FEEL NICE, REALLY FUN TO DRIVE
