Have had my MGM now 12 years since new and no issues of any kind so far . Mine is a 100A; that is , a fleet version , special order for government use. . Handles very well , this one has HD suspension ( no air ). Gas Mileage is better than book numbers say it would be. Best car ever bought. Addenda : Now 14 years , still no issues, just servicing by the book , or before.

Grand Marquis Still A Good Car

I have owned a Grand Marquis for 23 years and just purchased my 7th one, a 2009. The care still rides and handles very well and looks good. I was disappointed to find they have removed the compass, the automatic parking brake release and the Home Link.

Have had car now 12 years, no issues except regular maintenance. Had it this long, certainly does not seem like it . 14.3 ltrs/100 km city, 8.9 ltrs/100 hiway. actual calculated mileage. Extremely dependable.

Third one owned over the years and so sorry to see the line go by the wayside. Truly question why fmc would do away with such a reliable brand of automobiles. Truly l o v e my MERC.
