I love Mazdas except...
I love Mazda and how well maintain their vehicles are. I know a lot of people that own them and have no major issues with them. I purchased a used 2018 mazda3 touring in 2019 and I just was not a lucky customer like most. I had to put mine in service a total of 23 times for minor and major work to be done. I ended up trading it in late of 2021 due to not being comfortable or feeling safe anymore. Everyday was always a wonder if something was going to go wrong. Come to find out the Mazda 3 was in two previous accidents before I purchased it that was not on the Carfax. So that's what caused all of my issues. Luckily it had low miles so it was covered under its basic warranty but when I did not have that anymore I decided to give it up and get something new. I would definitely recommend a Mazda 3, just because mine was bad doesn't mean every Mazda 3 is. I work at a dealership and have worked with Mazdas for almost 4 years and it was a shock to me mine did not work out but luckily i worked at the place i purchased it so it was a lot easier for me put it in service. but most newer mazdas i come across are very reliable. Reason for my review is to please check the car fax and history if you are deciding to purchase a used vehicle.

I'm crazy about this car
The Grand Touring with Nav package is as nice as any car in its class and has atributes of very expensive cars. The ride and engine pep are really perfect. The bose system will blow you away. All aps and nav are easy to use and centraly controlled. Best part is dealer support, they have been amazing.
