Very disappointed
I traded in my 2013 (loaded) Durango for a 2022 Rx 350 L (loaded and with a luxury package). And I almost wish I’d kept my Durango. Pros 1) I like the look of the vehicle. 2) The comfort is top notch. 3) The exterior lights (I got top of the line) are fantastic and help tremendously when driving at night. 4) I like the features when they work. Cons At 3,000 miles, I took it in for numerous problems. They said they had a rental for me and didn’t, so I couldn’t leave it to get worked on. I’m now at 5400 miles and have an appointment scheduled in three days. The problems are 1) exterior mirrors no longer dip down when car is put in reverse 2) the engine periodically doesn’t engage when pressing the accelerator (no noise, no engagement—just sitting like it’s parked with the pedal pressed down) 3) windshield wind noise in strong cross breeze 4) back seat alert randomly goes off when empty 5) Wi-Fi has never worked (I had an extension on the free trial because of the problem and bought a subscription when I got the extension. Waste of money so far as it still doesn’t work) 6) garage door opener has never worked (following instructions yields nothing while all other vehicles worked and hubby’s truck works) 7) braking often creates a very hard (shaking) downshift 8) delay upon acceleration is grossly exaggerated and has almost caused two accidents when I attempted to pass I got the RX because Lexus has such reliable ratings. I’ve never had as many problems with any other car, particularly within the first few months of ordering or purchasing one. I’m not happy and am afraid I have a lemon. At $80k, loaded and with an extended warranty package, I’m afraid I’ve wasted my money. I don’t know if the 2021-2022 supply/demand issue created problems with the computer or manufacturing, but whatever is causing my car’s issues has created one disgruntled owner. Very disappointed and may be selling this car rather than holding on to it for a decade as I have with all the other vehicles I’ve ordered/purchased. We will see if they can fix it. If not, I’ll trade it in for another vehicle and chalk this up to about a $10-20k loss. Not happy! >:(

Good car not impressive
The Lexus sales guy called it top luxury vehicle better than my Acura MDX I was trading in but the fact is the Acura was better. I should have known that Lexus cut corners with the cramp third row and lack of heated back seats along with the dated enform navigation.. not sure why Kia has appple play and Lexus doesn’t??? Gas mileage is bad 14 city 22 highway .. handling is ok. Ride is smooth and I kept me safe in a crash so it’s not all bad but don’t pay a premium for this one

3rd row seat sucks
Do not buy if you're looking for a spacious 3rd row seat. there's barely any leg room, not even for a young toddler. even if you wanted to make space for the thrid row, the 2nd wouldn't have enough room... its just horrible how they did it..everything else is great!
The new Lexus RX350L
I really LOVE this RXL
