It's a great car but...
I leased a 2016 RX 350 F Sport for three years. In this glorified Toyota Highlander the ride is smooth, the sport seats are supportive. Loved the heating and cooling seats. Those 296 HP and torque more so on Sport+ mode are great. The safety features such as BSM, Parking sensors, RCTA are a must. Never had a problem with interior noises or electronics failure (except for twice the screen went blue but came back). You won't be wrong if you acquire an RX. On the other hand, the 8-speed transmission seems to have some trouble finding the right gear at low speeds and even does a little "pull" when downshifting close to a stop. The infotainment system is very frustrating: the joystick which is a pain in the butt as it makes you take your eyes of off the road frequently (you will overshoot and select other icons instead of the one you want); voice recognition is horrible and is a multi-step process to get to your goal; traffic alert and maps offer little advantage (you'd be better with google maps/Nav (a lot better). As of 2018 no Android Auto support. Again, you won't be wrong getting one unless like me you are bothered by the things mentioned above. My plan is to get another one when Android Auto and touchscreen is offered. Until then I can handle its poor twin sibling, the Toyota Highlander.

Disappointed!
I own a 21012 RX350 and have anxiously waited for the newly designed 2016 to arrive. After spending time at the dealer comparing the 2016 to the 2012 we own, my wife and I will not be purchasing a 2016. We were already aware of the ugly front grill, but hoped other improvements would be worth ignoring the grill. But about the only thing we found improved was the navigation system. Here are the things we do not like about the 2016, compared to the 2012. 1. My 5'6" wife complains the step up to enter the car is higher in the 2016, an uncomfortable 1.5" to 2" higher. 2. The handy cup holder to the left of the steering wheel is gone. 3. The storage area under the console, between the driver and passenger is no longer open. Replaced with a very small pocket. 4. The seats are now two-toned. So grey seats are no longer all grey. They are part grey and part black.

2016 Review
This is a SPECTACULUR SUV! I bought the 2015 version and I absolutely love it. Just when I couldn't imagine a better SUV, I drove the 2016. When I tell you that this SUV handles like a sports car.....please believe me. I've read some of these reviews and I am wondering what they were ACTUALLY driving and whether they've been paid to give a negative opinion of the speed, driveability, etc. While I am not the electronic professional and can't say very much about how the internal controls compare to others in its category, but I can say that this truck is top notch. I happen to love LEXUS, as I've owned a few. I almost purchased the Benz SUV but honestly, the maintenance program and lack of physical appeal prevented that. The 2016 is GORGEOUS and heads literally turned each time I pulled up or away. I wouldn't want to own the 2016 because I don't have the discipline to drive at the speed limit w all the power it has. I LOOOOOVE THIS TRUCK and think its the best pick for a conservative professional MAN who wants to impress the conservative professional lady!
IMHO,A SUV better than MBenz, BMW, Acura, Hyundai

Delighted with my 2016 Lexus RX350
I purchased a 2 year old preowned vehicle that has the luxury package with all the bells and whistles including the very comfortable leather seats and the Mark Levinson audio. I absolutely love everything about it!
