Used 2016 Lexus RX 350 Consumer Reviews
Nothing else compares
Finally Lexus has made a SUV that a man can glady say is his. It's an attention grabber with the new redesign and the interior is top of the line. The ride is unbelievable and surprisingly quiet. I would NOT buy another luxury SUV.

Hope 2017 changes
Controls difficult to see and use because they're behind the gear shift. Nav screen is gaudy compared to prior year models.

Am I the only one who finds the grill scary?
I heard all the great compliments on many levels, but seriously. This car looks angry. I would never buy it. Side and back are fine, but that grill is ridiculous.

Great concept ruined by vibration and droning
Excessive vibration and droning at the RPMs lower than 2000. The issue is especially pronounced when the vehicle is under load - e.g. going uphill. Apparently, this issue is known by Lexus and there is even a fix reported in TSB around 2018. The fix is consisted of installing a new exhaust pipe segment. Lexus believes that it is this segment that resonates and vibrates the car. However, after the fix was applied the vibration and droning problem hadn't gone. It may even become worse. The car is not enjoyable to drive as Lexus is supposed to be. I am very disappointed by the 4th generation of RX.
