a greatly improved nx
The update from my 2021 NX 300 is huge. It's virtually a new vehicle on the insides and function. It's what the 2021 promised to be. The main drawback is the absence of a spare tire and substitution of run-flat tires. They make for a hard and noisy ride on secondary roads. If I keep it long enough to wear out the tires, I'm getting rid of the run-flats.

Noisy/rough drivetrain; infotainment not intuitive
I switched to an SUV after driving and ES 300/350 for the last 15 yrs. Overall, except for the noisy/rough drivetrain/transmission (humming sound especially at lower speeds), the car is generally alright. I have noticed the same type of humming/rough sound when I rented an all wheel drive RAV 4, so I wonder if this is a flaw of Toyota's 4-wheel drive system, something that is not an issue in the front wheel drive of the ES which was very quite. The Bridgestone run flat tires are also stiff and generate a lot of road noise. The Bluetooth Apple Car Play or Android connectivity also takes a long time to connect. One has to keep on trying it. The infotainment system is not very intuitive especially switching from the Lexus App to Android or Apple Car play. The menu is confusing at times. Switching to Neutral from either Drive or Park is also not that easy.

Great compact luxury SUV
I traded my Mercedes GLC 300 for a 2023 Lexus NX 350 with Luxury package. The NX is a well made luxury SUV. I find the seats not as comfortable as the F model. The cabin has some wind noise but the run flats are ok. The acceleration is ok but my Mercedes was more fun to drive. If you like sporty SUV then this is not for you. I had my NX 350 for three months and so far not a single issue. Yes, I would buy it again.

NX Sport 2022. Not what I was expecting
The NX 350 F Sport feels like a step down from my previous 2 Lexus. I owned a 2001 ES with over 200K miles and a 2012 ES with 114K miles. I never had any problems with either car. They were both smooth quiet rides. I can hear road noise and feel all the bumps in my NX. The turbo is a noisy rumble I’m not used to. If I don’t drive in ECO it sucks PREMIUM gas and if I do it lacks power. The gas tank seems a lot smaller and I have to fill it 2x week and my ES I filled weekly. The speakers in my ES had a better surround sound but that may be because I wasn’t listening over the rumble and road noise. I bought my NX on line thinking it would be similar to my last two sedans or like the 2020 NX Sport I test drove. I’ve had it for a month and already looking to trade it in.
Great Vehicle
I traded an RX 350 for this loaded NX. I love the new technology; much easier to use. The engine has as much get up and go as I need and still I get 25 mpg around town.
