Design flaw?
I purchased a 2017 Kia Sedona, brand new, June of 2017. I put the very first miles on it. March of 2020 I was advised my tires were cupping... @ 36k miles. I’ve kept regular maintenance on my car always, including tire rotations... I replaced the tires in July of 2020, with alignment. When asked why, I was told it was primarily due to all the weight being in the front..mechanic called it a design flaw by Kia for this model. Was told today that my tires are cupping AGAIN. This is my 3rd Kia owned and I have never experienced problems with the price 2 which were both Sorento’s. Tend to believe the tech was right. EXTREMELY Upset that again my tires are going bad after 8 months (technically 6 because it was not driven for 2 months this year due to COVID).
