Can’t complain
Bought this car wanting an affordable commute vehicle. I have had no reliability issues. Drives very well in winter with the snow tires and rims I purchased. Also drives just fine during the other months with stock tires and rims. Really can’t complain. I’ve had numerous other vehicles that have required multiple trips to a dealership for issues. Not my forte! Update: I recently traded in my Forte for a 2023 Toyota Corolla LE. I’ve put almost 3,000 miles on the new vehicle and have found myself missing my Forte. When I hit a bump or pothole with the Corolla, it is significantly more jarring. Also, the tire pressure monitoring system isn’t nearly as user friendly and I struggled for a couple months “fighting” my car for steering wheel control despite having pushed the Lane Steering Assist button off. Apparently, there are additional settings in the menu that also need to be disabled. Driving in rural areas where parts of the road lines are worn caused my new ride to pull this way or that as it searched for the roadway. Terrifying. The headrests for the rear seats are larger and block much more of my rear view. Overall, I wish I had traded my Forte in for another Forte.
