Used 2018 Kia Forte Consumer Reviews
I am in love with my 2017 Kia Forte S
This car is amazing, I have only had for 1 day but I love everything about it. The only thing that I was it had is a spare tire instead of a tire inflation kit. Also I wish it had another USB port, but those are nit picky things. Amazing car!

Great reliable economic car
Love my new to me 2018 Kia Forte. Has a lot of pick up and go in sport mode which I did not expect. Handling is tight and Apple car play is fantastic.

Great little car
Purchased the LX trim used, it had 58,000 miles on it and I've got it up to 70,000 over the last 12 months. The previous owner was apparently the Kentucky government and they took very good care of it before selling it to the dealer I bought it from and I have a comprehensive service history. Nice job Kentucky! Car rides nice, agree sometimes it's a bit rough off highway but it's no big deal . Isn't going to win any drag races but I bought it for the excellent gas mileage not to race. Also has an awesome sound system, better than some premium cars I've driven. Had very few issues with it: * Battery died at 62,000 miles, the one I pulled out was the one that came from the factory dated 2016 so it owed me nothing. * Turn signal switch malfunctioned at about 65,000 miles. Apparently a common fault on Kia and Hyundai cars. Fixed it myself, part cost $30. Would be a pricey fix at a mechanic as I had to remove the steering wheel. * Sirius has never worked on the radio, I don't care because I don't use that feature but apparently it's a common issue also, and a dealer fix, and the price of a new head unit is eye watering. Plan on putting a third party head unit in the car eventually anyway. Hint: OEM radios are listed on eBay all the time for about $200, and it's a simple job to swap them out. * Three recalls for the ignition vulnerability (sorry Kia Boys), trunk latch and something to do with the undercarriage. Local Kia dealer took care of everything in an afternoon, did a full point inspection and even rotated my tires all for no cost. Great customer service for a 6 year old car.

My awesome, good looking, great value economy car
After 6 months of driving, still loving it! Not changing anything else in this review, all the high ratings still stand. Would like to add that we have an awesome dealership here in Quincy, Il. though! Was after a good economy car to replace a 10 year old Hyundai Elantra. (The Elantra was a good experience for us, but I was amazed at how far this class has come in the past ten years. We have or have had higher end cars/ SUVs/ mini-vans.) We found it in this Kia Forte S model with the tech package option. Quality of materials, features, ride, styling, roominess, just a good overall, well refined design. And at a really good price, so a great value to top it all off. We have only had this car for a month, but we are really loving it!
