Used 2017 Honda Ridgeline Consumer Reviews
Quality control
I have no power to the trailing wire harness. I cannot believe that a quality control issue has come up straight from the factory. This truck should never been sold without a thorough check of all the systems. The dealer is ordering a wiring harness but this issue should never had been allowed to leave the dealership or the factory for that matter. Not very happy and will consider another brand in the future

Poor customer service
Both dealership and Honda have a nasty view of their customers. Wish I could return my truck even though I've had it for less than 2 weeks. Mirrors malfunction and makes me feel unsafe in the truck not knowing what else will fail.

Bob's truck
Love the truck. Wish the rear doors opened wider. Wish the radio had a tuning knob.

Ridgeline is a winner
Its great for guys like me who spend most of the day in the truck, need car comforts and a truck space for jobs.. Love the huge storage under the bed and the tailgate which opens both ways. Gets me 22 mpg in city! Very smooth like I'm driving a car. Only minus could be the low ground clearance which some guys might need, I don't do any off road stuff so I'm good..
