I bought this used car at texas direct auto 45,000 miles now 75,000 ,already very sluggish acceleration,engine bucks at full stop and when slowly accelerates to change gears and at 60 to 70 sometimes has a burning smell,plus now had to change the wheel bearing ,i do not recommend to buy 2011 models. but maybe after 2016 i guess ,but luckily i had extended warranty to cover these issues so its cleared now .so make sure if your taking a used car you definitely need it otherwise you would spend thousands of dollars.

the transmission shudders @ 15-30 mph took it to the dealer 1st time told me nothing was wrong 3rd time they are waiting for honda to figure out was is the problem no time line I have a child on a ventilator this is his primary transportation they said it is safe to drive how can it be safe if they cant even tell me what the problem is my concern is being stranded with 2 kids and one with a boat load of medical equipment spoke with honda directly they said they MIGHT get back to us in 2 weeks fine we told the dealer we wanted to trade it for a pilot and in so many words they said no we needed to wait for honda to tell them what they could do! btw we didnt ask for anything special on trade in

I bought a Honda in Evanston Illinois. It was used, and was an import from Canada. I have spent over $5000 on repairs this month due to a recall. The recall will not be honored because It was imported from Canada. Honda here refuses to help. I believe this is a common problem of faulty cars from Canada being imported here and sold.

I've owned four Honda Odyssey's all Touring models. I love this 2011 version but have traded it once thinking I just had a lemon. Both 2011 Odyssey's drove well, and I loved every feature. I never had a problem with using bluetooth with any previous Odysseys (last one was 2010). Till this one. First two weeks everything was fine, then the calls would go from the car to the phone and back to the car. This was intermittent at first but then has become an ongoing problem. Hands free link does confirm the problem but has yet to find a fix. I bought the car from its introduction. The 2nd one was bought this April. I use an iPhone 4. I would rather keep the iPhone than the car
