Used 2019 Ford Ranger Consumer Reviews
Horrible truck
Just hit 140k mileage. Two issues with transmission. Two issues with air conditioning. Water in cylinder 1 which they were happy to see me a $400 cover for. Now a broken leaf spring.
Beats Walking, Maybe ??
Previous Ranger Owner, currently own Ford product. But this version of the Ranger will probably be a major fiasco for Ford. Nothing about this thing is worth the huge price tags. Dated technology, small interior fitted with cheap leather that has stitching hanging loose, bad power accessories, seat movement very limited, rear seat area sits like a wooden park bench. But the biggest screw-up was is using a very old engine 2.3 L design with very little power and expecting it to be competitive in contemporary markets. Decide for yourself, then objectively evaluate the competition. You'll probably end up like I did, buying superior competitors products at significantly lower prices. "New" Ranger = Waste of Time !!!

BIG PEOPLE STAY AWAY
If you are over 5ft 11" in height or over 200lbs stay away from this car. I am 5' 10" tall and I just barely fit in this vehicle. Seats are hard and not comfortable on long trips - think of the new airline seats! Finally, no automatic seat adjustment when you get in and out of the vehicle nor is there an adjustment button for a second driver. And this is the top of the line trim package??

Ranger rider
It’s a sexy look with a big feel.Interior is plain with average space. With only a 4 cylinder engine choice, the turbocharge gave it a bit more juice. The standard onboard tech is decent, overall For the money you get what you pay for.

No Manual Tranny and One Engine!?
Having driven Fords since my 64 1/2 Mustang I was hoping to stay with them with the new Ranger. However I prefer a manual transmission, and the people at Ford have decided that is not to be. So I'll be forced to move to a Tacoma, Frontier or Gladiator. I guess the old saying that you can you can have a Model -T in any color as long as it's black now applies to the Ranger.
