Dope car but still a Ford product…
I got my 2017 Mustang in January 2022 and I t had 37k miles on it. Everything was perfect until the electric power steering went out in March. Through research on an easy DIY fix, I learned that this is a somewhat common fail point with Ford vehicles…since 2008. And of course, the recall for this issue doesn’t include my car and the STEERING issue is not included in the drivetrain warranty. My car has been at the dealership for 2 weeks now because the part that is NOT under a recall or warranty is on backorder. After I make this $2500+ repair on this car I’ve only had for 3 months, this will be the LAST Ford I ever buy. Despite all of that, I love my car and I plan to maintain it and drive it until it turns into dust! The only complaint I have is about Ford’s business practices. This car is otherwise PERFECT!

My Horse
This car is really a pleasure to drive. It is every thing that I expected and more. I find the cloth seats very supportive and comfortable. As with every generation of Mustang the back seats are very tight. Love the handling as it has improved over previous models.

2017 Mustang Air Conditioning weak
I shouldn't be having Air Conditioning problems with such a new car and under 7,000 miles. My air conditioning went out and I took it to the dealer. They said it would be 2 to 3 days before they could get to it. Cars brought in on Monday and Tuesday were ahead of me and they were backed up. They never offered me a rental car until I spoke to the service manager and he checked to see what extended coverage protection I had. Fortunately I had the Extended service protection plan and so I qualified for a free rental car. No one would volunteer that information. Only after I pressed did they finally admit that I was due a rental car. They called Enterprise for me. So I am expecting my car to be in the shop for at least a week. The computer screen is also shutting off and restarting as we drive and the Blutooth disconnects during calls randomly. We love the car but the dealership is hard to work with and these small problems can be fixed...... Hopefully

2017 Mustang GT/Performance Package
The Performance package stffins the suspension a lot to the point of a very bumpy ride on roads that are not real smooth. The ride is liveable if your expecting it, so if you are looking for a Touring ride, the performance package is not for you. The 6speed manual is a little disappointing. It clunks when shifting into gears from a stop, and is very notchy thru the upshifts. Ford says this is a normal action with the manuals, so beware when selecting a manual transmission. As expected the fuel economy is averageing 12mpg, with the 5.0 so don't complain about the lousy mileage. The GT handles very well with the GT package and steering response and brake response is excellent. Otherwise a nice package and I would buy it again but in the future I may opt for the new 10spd auto transmission which was not available in 2017.

Dream Car
I have owned two other Mustangs before, and I loved them, but this 2017 Mustang Premium that I bought from Kolten Eckler at Formula One Imports in Charlotte NC, is the best car that I have ever owned! It drives like a dream and has all the bells and whistles. I love it!

Great American Icon
Everybody loves this beautiful red Mustang with 2008 GT500 black stripes plus the black out option. Even Chevolet guys have made commits about how good the car looks. Kids love it.

2017 Mustang GT 5.0 Convertible #S550 #Coyote
Sexy car, no real complaints. Fun to drive, does turn heads. If I could change anything it would be transmission. The 10 speed on 2018 and newer is much nicer. I also like the digital dash option on 18 and newer, better than the analog gauge package.

The Mustang GT is a car lovers dream machine.
This car is fast. It's a performance machine that wants to be driven. That big 5 liter engine really sucks up the premium grade gasoline. I wouldn't recommend it for your every day car that you drive to work or the grocery store.
